Refund & Return Policy
At Grey Hawk TTS, customer satisfaction is our priority. We strive to deliver genuine and quality products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, please review our return and refund policy below.
1. Eligibility for Returns
You may request a return within 7 days of receiving your order if:
- The item received is damaged or defective.
- The wrong item was delivered.
- The product is incomplete or missing parts.
To qualify for a return, the item must:
- Be unused and in its original condition.
- Be returned with original packaging and accessories.
- Be accompanied by proof of purchase or order number.
2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:
- Products damaged due to misuse or mishandling.
- Items without original packaging.
- Customized or special-order products.
- Software, digital products, and downloadable items.
- Products marked as non-returnable.
3. Return Process
To initiate a return:
- Contact our customer support team within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Provide your order number and photographs showing the issue.
- Once approved, instructions for returning the product will be provided.
Customers may be responsible for return shipping charges unless the return is due to our error.
4. Refunds
After receiving and inspecting the returned item, we will notify you regarding the approval of your refund.
Approved refunds will be processed within 7 to 14 business days.
For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be made through:
- Bank transfer, or
- JazzCash / Easypaisa transfer.
Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the return is due to an incorrect or defective item supplied by us.
5. Order Cancellation
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch without any charges.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
